Sealy are the world’s largest bed manufacturer. First established by Daniel Haynes in Sealy, Texas in 1881, the Company now operate in over 50 countries worldwide. It is estimated that, somewhere in the world, a Sealy bed is sold every three seconds.

Sealy invests more time and money on product development than any other bed manufacturer, utilising state-of-the-art facilities at the world’s largest and most advanced research and development centre and bed testing laboratory in Greensboro, North Carolina. They are the only bed manufacturer in the world to be endorsed by the American Orthopedic Advisory Board. In 1995, Sealy became the first company in the U.K. bed industry to be awarded the FIRA (Furniture Industry Research Association) Gold Award, for product excellence.

Sealy entered the Irish market in 1985, and Collins Furniture was one of their first appointed retailers in Ireland. Today, we are the largest independent stockist of Sealy beds in Ireland.
